So in a bit of unexpected but really freaking cool news, I’ve just heard that my Concrete Crickets project has been selected for Conflux 2007!  Given the amazing projects that came out of Conflux last year, this is really flattering — and more than a little intimidating.  I’m excited!

my doctor, amazed by my camera

About two weeks before this semster started, I started having these incredibly strong pains in my stomach, and by mid-January I was having trouble getting out of bed. That’s not the point of this story — I was put on Prevacid for (assumedly) the start of a small ulcer, and I’m mostly-fine now.
