Much to my surprise (and glee!), the crickets have gotten a fair deal of attention in the weeks since Conflux, and it seems fitting that I should post a bit about that here. NPR did a nice piece on them, mostly on people’s reactions (which is wonderful), and the New York Times did a great piece on the whole Conflux festival (with a nod to yours truly). BoingBoing, MAKE, Gothamist and a few others picked it up as well, which is very nice.
